A lovely combination of florals, with the slight hint of sweetness from licorice root at the end. This delicate tea is sure to calm and uplift your senses.

Ingredients: chamomile, rose, lavender, licorice root & lemon balm. All certified organic ingredients.

Benefits	Our Calming tea has been formulated using herbs that have been traditionally used for there calming properties.  Lavender, Chamomile and Lemon balm, all have properties that have been known to be beneficial for anxiety, insomnia, IBS, nervous gut, and irritability. These herbs have also been traditionally used for there benefits on digestive health, whilst licorice root has been know to be beneficial for the adrenal glands.
	1 teaspoon per 250ml
	Brewing time: 5 - 10 minutes
	Temp: 100° C
	If desired serve with honey.
