Hibiscus, Rosehip and Spearmint

The wonderfully tart flavour of hibiscus laced with the fresh and clean taste of spearmint creates a refreshing blend that is served beautifully over ice or hot.

Ingredients: hibiscus, rosehip & spearmint. All certified organic ingredients.
Weight: 100g. Servings per package: 50 (2g per serving).

Hibiscus and Rosehip have been known to be rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. Hibiscus may assist with helping to lower blood pressure. Spearmint has been known to assist with digestive function and PCOs.

1 teaspoon per 250ml

Brewing time: 3 - 5 minutes
Temp: 100° C

Serve hot or over ice. 


❊ Add 2 teaspoons of our Flower Child tea in 250ml of boiled water.
❊ Brew for 5 minutes.
❊ Strain the tea.
❊ Allow to cool, then add fresh blueberries or strawberries with fresh mint.
❊ It tastes best if you leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
